TMG will prepare your business’ financial statements.  The level of detail and reports can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your business.  All financial reports are automated and available on a periodic (monthly, quarterly, etc.) basis.

The budget process is the foundation for all financial activities of a business.  TMG will prepare a comprehensive budget to help you see what you should accomplish financially during the upcoming year.  An annual budget will give you a target against which to monitor actual performance.

Conservation and effective use of cash are essential to the operation of a business.  With effective, forward-looking cash management, you will be aware of potential cash flow problems before they occur and can take steps to resolve them on a pro-active basis.  TMG will establish a cash management process that minimizes surprises and keeps you apprised of your cash position on a regular basis.

TMG will reconcile your financial book cash balance to the balance reflected on your bank statement(s).  This will ensure that any bank errors and/or omissions are resolved in a timely manner.  In addition, this will provide an independent review for business owners who rely on others to handle cash disbursements, and will minimize the occurrence of irregularities.  We will also analyze and reconcile your general ledger accounts.

TMG will invoice your customers and monitor all receivables to ensure they are billed and collected in a timely manner.  We will also process your vendor payments and ensure that appropriate substantive documentation and approvals are on file for all disbursements.  Of course, designated management personnel within your agency will be responsible for signing the checks.  Internal reports will be available summarizing receipts and disbursements.

TMG will perform other accounting services necessary to meet your business’ needs.
